Kristy J. Roberts, President
Kristy has an M.B.A. in Organizational Behavior and Design from the Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University and a B.A. in Communications from the University of Colorado-Boulder. With over 25 years of corporate recruiting/outplacement experience, 25 years of Human Resources experience (including training, executive, management and college recruitment and outplacement) within Fortune 100 companies, and over two years as the M.B.A. Placement Director for the University of Tennessee-Knoxville's M.B.A. interns and graduates, her experience is multi-faceted enabling her to understand both parties involved in the recruitment process. Kristy's experience started at the New York Stock Exchange in New York, New York and included companies such as Tiffany's in N.Y., the New York Marriott Marquis, NationsBank (now Bank of America) and Wachovia Bank. She has also worked at two of the largest law firms in the United States.
Kristy's creation of The IDEAL Search, Inc. in the year 2000, was in an effort to provide both a cost effective alternative to overly expensive agency fees and to provide a much needed higher level of awareness and service to corporations worldwide. She has grown the corporation from an idea to a million dollar company.
